Ambulance Bullying and Stress

The link below is one about bullying, stress, and death in the front line ambulance services. This doesn't have to be just the front line ambulance crews with these issues, it could be anyone. I spent nearly 20 years working in the private ambulance service, working in various roles at different hospitals in the south east. I have seen crews, office staff and even managers struggle with the stress of their jobs and bullying from managers and colleagues. I have seen people go to the edge. And, even I have had time when I struggled with the job I was doing. I know the work I did wasn't as hard as the front line crews do, but it is still an issue.

The below article doesn't have to be just about the front line staff of very hard jobs, it can be about anyone of us. We can have very demanding work life's, or things can be difficult at home. You don't have to be on your own. Just talking can help lighten the load a bit.

I am offering you a space to talk. I don't mind who you are, what you do, or anything like that. All I want to do is listen and give you the space you need. Get in touch today.
