This time of year isn't about happy songs, family gatherings (live or on Zoom), eating and drinking for some people, it can be a sad and low time. Some people would rather stay in bed than be around others as they enjoy themselves. Did you know that that is ok, you're allowed not to be happy, it's ok in the way you feel. Not everyone wants to be around others at this time. I would say though that at some point, you may need to work out what is going on for yourself, whether it was grief, depression, or just that you hate Christmas. Don't be afraid to ask for help, even in summer you can work out what it is that you hate about Christmas.
