So here's a quick question for you. Where do you prefer to see updates and more information about therapy and counselling? There are so many places to go to for counselling, therapy, and various support. Where is your go to place?
For me I like websites, although I find it easier and quicker to post via social media. I feel that on a website the information can be so much more.
